Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, new condition. Clothing items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags still attached.

Please note:

• Final sale items, including but not limited to Pokémon trading cards and digital products, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Digital products include download codes and game expansions.

• Return items should be securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging. Returns not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Once we receive your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and the processing of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges and replacements are not available. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. You will be responsible for paying the current price of the replacement.
